Refund Policy
We value our clients' satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality technical services. However, please note that refunds are not allowed for technical services provided by vkconsultancyservices.com. We do not offer refunds for the following services:
a. Design
b. Development
c. Prototyping
d. Any other technical services provided by vkconsultancyservices
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their service request subject to the following conditions:
a. Cancellations must be made in writing to vkconsultancyservices at least 2 days prior to the scheduled start date of the service.
b. If a cancellation is made within 2 days of the scheduled start date, a cancellation fee may apply.
c. If vkconsultancyservices is unable to fulfill the service request for any reason, clients will be notified promptly, and any payments made will be refunded in full.
No-Show Policy
If a client fails to attend or participate in a scheduled service without prior notice, vkconsultancyservices reserves the right to charge the full fee for the missed service.
Changes to Service
Clients may request changes to the scope or schedule of the service by contacting vkconsultancyservices in writing. Any changes requested may result in adjustments to the service fee and timeline.
Processing Refund
Upon receiving and accepting the refund request, your refund will be processed within 15 bank working days.
